Hi, I’m Lindsey
As I enter my final year earning my Master’s in Counseling Psychology at The Seattle School of Theology and Psychology, I am excited to begin my internship at The Art of Becoming Collective on July 1, 2026.
I believe we are made through relationship, for relationship. Healing is found through safe, attuned, genuine connection.
I see therapy as a partnership where we co-create the relational safety needed for your defenses and protective parts to be honored with curiosity and care. Together we will move at a pace that respects the wisdom of your body and the experiences it has been carrying.
Through a relational and trauma-informed lens, we will explore the stories that shape how you show up with yourself and others. We’ll seek to understand the deeper meanings—both conscious and unconscious—that influence your relationships, making space for healing, integration, and restoration.
My Approach
is relational, trauma-informed, and rooted in deep respect for each person’s story. I believe that healing happens in the context of safe, attuned connection, and I aim to create a space where all parts of you are welcomed with curiosity and care.
I also hold a Master’s degree in Biblical and Theological Studies, and I am deeply interested in the intersection of theology and psychology. My studies in this area have fueled my passion for leaning into our questions, doubts, and fears. Whatever your faith or meaning-making journey looks like, I want to come alongside you. I approach each person’s beliefs with openness and humility, honoring that spiritual journeys are deeply personal and uniquely expressed. I am deeply passionate about helping those with church hurt and religious trauma.
I am drawn to understanding the world as you experience it—your relationships, your story, and the frameworks that shape how you make meaning. Together, we will explore how these influences impact your inner life and your connections with others, making space for greater integration, clarity, and restoration.

What to expect as an Intern Therapist
As a counseling intern, I am in the final stage of my clinical training and work under the supervision of a licensed therapist at The Art of Becoming Collective. This allows me to offer thoughtful, attuned care while continuing to grow in my clinical work.
I offer free 15-minute consultations starting July 1 to help you determine if we’re a good fit.
I am available for both in-person and virtual sessions for clients residing in Colorado.
Because I am an intern, I offer reduced-fee sessions. This can make therapy more accessible while still providing high-quality, relational care. Please reach out for current rates and availability.
