About the Author/Illustrator
Lindsey Rithner is a therapist, mom, author, and illustrator passionate about helping children and families better understand emotions, empathy, and build connection. Big feelings and challenging behavior often have a tender story underneath. She created Little Miss Therapist to help children explore compassion, emotional wellness, and the importance of seeing the person behind the behavior.
